1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Fremner ("we," "us," or "our") provides forensic-grade deepfake detection services. Given our role in securing sensitive financial onboarding, we adhere to a Privacy-by-Design framework. We are committed to protecting the data of our clients (Banks and NBFCs) and their end-users in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

2. Data Processing & Ephemeral Storage

• In-Memory Analysis: Forensic analysis occurs in transient RAM memory.
• Zero Biometric Retention: We do not store permanent biometric templates. Raw data is purged immediately after the scan (typically under 5 seconds).

3. Data Residency

In compliance with RBI Master Directions and local regulations, all data is processed within Indian borders. We utilize high-security availability zones in Pune and Mumbai to ensure strict data sovereignty.

4. Data Usage and Non-Disclosure

We operate under a strict Zero-Reuse Policy. Customer data is never:

• Used to train public AI models
• Shared across different institutional tenants
• Sold to third-party data brokers

5. Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Our architecture supports regulated entities in maintaining compliance with RBI V-CIP guidelines, particularly regarding forensic liveness detection and secure identity verification.
