By accessing the Fremner platform or integrating our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This service is intended exclusively for authorized institutional use by regulated financial entities.
Fremner provides an ensemble-based forensic detection service to assist in identifying synthetic media and deepfakes. Our results are provided as weighted confidence scores and should be used as part of a broader institutional risk management framework.
All algorithms, forensic models (including rPPG and temporal analysis), and brand assets associated with Fremner are the exclusive property of our founding team. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform strictly for verification purposes.
Decision Support: While Fremner provides high-fidelity forensic benchmarks, the final decision to approve or reject a customer remains the sole responsibility of the client institution.
Service Availability: While we aim for enterprise-grade uptime on our Azure-backed infrastructure, we are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or network latency.
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the Fremner AI forensic stack. Any attempt to “stress-test” the system without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
